LightTower is using machine algorithms to find the right experts to answer internal questions. Therefore, the more users are invited, and the more questions and answers are provided, the 'smarter' LightTower becomes.
When you're inviting users, add skills and expertise. This is like singing them up to forums they might be able to contribute to (without the hassle of creating them or the need to assign group administrators). You can assign as many skills as you like. The more, the better Senexx LightTower will work.
Have you updated your group distribution emails?
Is your team currently using group distribution emails to pose questions to an entire group of people?
Whether you're using Outlook or Gmail, you can add LightTower's email to existing email distribution lists. This will ensure an early adoption and will allow you to build a collaborative questions and answers knowledge base, effortlessly.
Simply add 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your company's relevant email lists.
Have you created your company's email for LightTower?
Your teammates can easily post questions without ever leaving their email system.
To successfully enable this feature, we recommend setting up your company's own email address:
1) Create a simple email address such as: ask@<YourDomain>.com 2) Forward all emails sent to this email address, to email@example.com
This would provide your teammates with an email address that's intuitive and easy to remember.
Have you asked your first question?
As the first person to sign up to Senexx LightTower, we highly recommend adding not one question, but up to 10 new questions.
Make sure you tag those questions with skills that match to your teams expertise (remember? you just invited them and added those skills yourself, so you should know what those are).
This will allow your users to be immediately engaged with Senexx LightTower as well as receive questions to answer.
In summary, by adding a few questions, you will help accelerate user adoption and facilitate your teammates learning curve.
